QAnswer introduces custom prompts and team workspaces: more control, better collaboration

QAnswer now supports organizations and teams, making it easy to manage access, visibility, and editing rights across multiple users and assistants.

Organizations can create teams (e.g., HR, Developers, Sales), assign roles, and define who can access or edit each assistant or data source. This brings better project governance, especially in complex or compliance-driven environments.
