Developed in partnership with DG Connect and DG Regio and Launched during the 8th Cohesion Forum, Kohesio is a groundbreaking online platform providing access to comprehensive data on over 1.5 million projects funded by the European Regional Development Fund (ERDF), the Cohesion Fund, and the European Social Fund (ESF) across all 27 EU member states since 2014. This unprecedented resource aggregates standardized data encompassing project descriptions, beneficiaries (over 500,000), funding amounts, implementation progress, and links to related programs and funds. Users can explore projects geographically using an interactive map and filter results by theme, country, fund, and timeframe. All information is translated into all official EU languages, ensuring accessibility for everyone. Kohesio serves as a valuable tool for researchers, policymakers, journalists, businesses, and citizens seeking to understand the impact of EU cohesion policy on regional development, economic growth, social inclusion, green transition, and digital transformation.
